Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinated requirements gathering, requirements analysis, and stakeholder engagement with the client.
• In addition, I mapped business processes in accordance with the requirements and documented BRD, SRS, and UML. 
• Coordinated with members of the interdisciplinary team to guarantee that project specifications, timetables, and deadlines were fulfilled. 
• Conducted Scrum project meetings to promptly pinpoint and address issues. delivered project deliverables while meeting quality standards.
• Completed status reports by gathering, assessing, and condensing pertinent information
• Developed effective project communication plans and managed their execution using risk and gap analyses.
• Facilitated change requests and made sure everyone involved knew about them of the change's effects on the schedule and cost. 
• Overlooked at the production of training materials, user manuals, and other documents needed for the efficient implementation and delivery of systems or processes to clients. 
• Acquired project deliverables approved by the client, which fulfilled them. conducted and documented post-project evaluations to identify projects that were successful and failed

Job Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role with a focus on CAM sales and pre-sales activities.
• Prior experience in IT services companies is mandatory.
• Proven track record of successfully closing deals and meeting sales targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
