Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team for a one-year contract. The ideal candidate should have a strong proficiency in Flutter framework, a proven track record of successful mobile app development, and excellent communication skills. As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning, responsive, and high-performance mobile applications that align with our company's goals and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers to conceptualize, develop, and deploy mobile applications using Flutter.
• Design and implement elegant user interfaces that provide an exceptional user experience across various devices and screen sizes.
• Develop reusable and maintainable codebase using best practices and coding standards within the Flutter framework.
• Utilize third-party libraries and APIs to enhance app functionality and integrate backend services.
• Optimize app performance and responsiveness, addressing bottlenecks and improving loading times.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to app functionality, performance, and user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter developments, tools, and techniques, incorporating new features into the applications when appropriate.
• Collaborate with the QA team to conduct thorough testing, identify bugs, and ensure a smooth user experience.
• Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders effectively and timely.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting innovative solutions and participating in code reviews.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of one year of professional experience in mobile app development using the Flutter framework.
• Strong proficiency in Dart programming language and Flutter framework components.
• Portfolio of previous Flutter projects showcasing your mobile app development skills.
• Solid understanding of frontend technologies including UI/UX design principles, responsive design, and mobile-specific considerations.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integration of backend services.
•  Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and address technical issues effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Quick learner with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, polished mobile applications.
