🧭 Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and trustworthy Accounts & Bookkeeping Executive to manage day-to-day accounting support, documentation, and coordination with our CA team.

This role is critical for maintaining clean financial records, compliance readiness, and smooth accounting operations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping records accurately.
  • Support monthly accounting activities and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and organize vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
  • Coordinate with the CA team for filings and clarifications.

2. Invoicing & Documentation

  • Create invoices using online tools (invoice generators).
  • Follow proper invoice naming conventions and numbering.
  • Scan, rename, and organize invoices and vouchers in Google Drive.
  • Maintain structured folders for easy access and audits.

3. Compliance Support

  • Assist in basic GST and TDS related work.
  • Support GST returns preparation by sharing correct data with CA.
  • Work with GST portal, NSDL e-pay, and bank net banking portals for payments.
  • Track payment acknowledgements and challans.

4. Data Management & Reporting

  • Use Excel daily for tracking invoices, expenses, and payments.
  • Maintain accuracy in narration, dates, and reference numbers.
  • Share timely updates and reports with management when required.

🧩 Required Skills

Hard Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (daily usage).
  • Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
  • Familiarity with online payment portals:
    • GST portal
    • NSDL e-payment
    • Bank net banking
  • Comfortable with online invoicing tools.
  • Good document handling skills (PDF scanning, renaming, folder structure).

Soft Skills

  • High attention to detail (numbers, narration, document quality).
  • Clear written communication in English and Hindi (emails to CA / clients).
  • Process-oriented and disciplined in following SOPs.
  • Honest and reliable — role involves salary and bank-related data.

🎓 Experience & Education

  • 1–3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounts assistance.
  • B.Com or Commerce background preferred, but not mandatory if hands-on experience is strong.
  • Practical accounting experience will be given more importance than degrees.

  • Willing to learn taxation and accounting tools.
