At Design Match, we are on a mission to facilitate the perfect matches between startups and top-notch professionals in the design, development, and project management spheres. As a Lead Matcher / Customer Success, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients find the right designer to bring their vision to life. Leveraging your deep understanding of the design space, you will be the linchpin holding the client and designer relationships together, fostering successful partnerships that drive our clients' success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client-Designer Matchmaking

    • Utilize your design knowledge or background in design to meticulously match clients with the ideal designer for their specific needs.
    • Engage in a deep understanding of each designer's strengths, style, and expertise to facilitate matches that are mutually beneficial and aligned with the project's goals.
  2. Client Relationship Management

    • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and designers, ensuring smooth communication and addressing any concerns promptly.
    • Follow up with clients regularly to gauge their satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  3. Lead Management

    • Manage and nurture leads effectively, maintaining a well-organized database of potential clients.
    • Take sales calls to understand client requirements in detail, providing them with insightful and practical solutions through our platform.
  4. Sales and Requirement Analysis

    • Engage in sales calls to deeply understand the client requirements, leveraging your knowledge to guide them to the right designer.
    • Collaboratively work with the team to refine and enhance the matching process, bringing in a proactive approach to identify and solve issues before they escalate.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in design or a deep understanding of the design space.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in customer success or relationship management is a plus.
