Title: Healthcare Recruitment Lead, Healthcare Recruitment Manager, Healthcare Recruitment Delivery Manager
Location: All India
Work Hours: 8AM to 5PM PST

Position and Requirements:

• Looking for a senior recruitment manager with experience managing a team of recruiters.
• Experience working as Physician/Doctor Recruiter.
• Must have excellent communication and writing skills and act as liaison between physicians and VMS providers, Hospitals, Clinics, Healthcare Facilities.
• Filter candidates sourced by the offshore recruitment team and schedule interviews with hospitals.
• Hire, train and mentor healthcare recruiters.
• Seek, screen, and hire physicians to practice medicine for hospitals and healthcare practices as locum tenens.
• Experience include locating and screening applicants, conducting preliminary interviews, and liaising with the physicians and the VMS portals, hospitals, clinics for locum tenens.
• Experience recruiting doctors (physicians) for positions published in various VMS portals.
• Experience working with an ATS system.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
• Experience working with a USA based healthcare recruitment company.
