Deedyco is seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth. The Business Development Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic plans to expand our customer base and increase revenue.

 

Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities by researching industry trends, market conditions, and competitor analysis

Build and nurture relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders

Develop and present business proposals and solutions to clients, addressing their needs and objectives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth

Negotiate and close deals, ensuring the achievement of sales targets

Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential risks and opportunities

Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities and progress

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Proven experience in business development or sales, with a strong track record of achieving targets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities

Ability to identify new business opportunities and drive business growth

Experience in negotiating and closing deals

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
