Job Description:
• Identify new business opportunities, initiate business development activities, develop and
manage key client relationships amongst others
• Manage and execute the business development strategy and implement tactical plans to
help meet and exceed organizational expectations
• Maintain a strong development pipeline according to targets/strategy to be implemented
• Using existing relationships with clients to generate new business
• Keep up to date with the financial markets in a daily basis
• Follow internal regulations and procedures
• Complete required training and development objective within the assigned time frame
• Provide progress feedback to the management
Experience and Qualifications:
• Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager or a similar role in the FX
industry
• A university degree in Finance/ Economics/ Banking/ Business Administration or related
field would be considered an advantage
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Basic knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis
• Solid experience with MT4/MT5 platform
• Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office
• CySEC Advanced certification will be considered as an advantage
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on own initiative, expand and generate business
