LTL Dock Associate Responsibilities

The LTL Dock Associate will support freight and warehouse operations by performing tasks such as:

• Assembling and staging customer freight orders

• Loading freight into trailers and box trucks

• Marking freight for shipment identification

• Inspecting and documenting shortages, overages, and damaged freight

• Operating forklifts and warehouse equipment

• Organizing freight for outbound transportation

• Assisting with shipping and receiving activities

• Communicating effectively with warehouse and logistics team members

• Maintaining a safe and organized dock environment

This is a physically active warehouse and freight handling position in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications and requirements include:

• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds

• Ability to kneel, crawl, bend, and stoop regularly

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

• Team-oriented mindset

• Ability to work safely in a warehouse and freight dock environment

• Must be able to pass forklift certification testing

• Forklift training and certification provided

Previous warehouse, dock, forklift, shipping, receiving, or freight experience is helpful but not required.

Compensation and Schedule

• $17.00 – $19.00 per hour based on experience

• Full-time position

• 2nd shift schedule

• Sunday through Thursday

• 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
