What You'll Do:
- Enter, verify, and correct data from various source documents
- Maintain detailed logs of completed work and activities
- Use Excel, Word, Outlook, and scanning equipment daily
- Identify and report data inconsistencies or errors
- Store completed documents in appropriate locations
- Operate standard office equipment (scanners, printers, phone systems)
- Perform other administrative duties as needed
What You Bring:
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent reading comprehension and administrative capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with 10-key entry and spreadsheet software
- Ability to work independently and stay focused
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Pay Range:
- $15.50 to $18.00 per hour, depending on experience
Part-time position with high potential to become full-time based on your qualifications and capabilities.
