This position is great for anyone who LOVES to plan and is VERY organized. You would be responsible for creating lasting memories for families. Our goal is to create affordable and unforgettable memories or holidays for our clients. Our main concern is making sure their travel wish-list is checked off!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
  • Research and organize client travel itineraries
  • Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance
  • Inform customers about new travel updates and/or news and functionalities
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their travel was extraordinary
  • Stay up to date with travel news
  • Attend daily live and/or recorded trainings
  • Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives


Job Skills:

  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
  • Familiarity with travel industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Patience when handling tough cases
  • BSc in Information Technology or relevant diploma
