Job Responsibilities
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager 2012/1610
  • Hands-on experience with SCCM 2012 OS DeploymentExpert level knowledge about PC computing hardware (desktop, laptop, tablets) - ensuring existing estate is up-to-date with latest drivers as well as taking part into PoC of new hardware model
  • Subject-matter expert knowledge of Windows technologies
  • Experience in SCCM Infrastructure migrations
  • Advanced OS troubleshooting skills for Windows 7 & Windows 10.
  • Good experience in SCCM 2012 operations like SCCM Client Installation, Software Distribution, Software Updates, Operating System Deployment (OSD) and Reporting.
  • Creation and distribution of customized Windows 7 and Windows 10 Image including standard software using SCCM/MDT.
  • Strong knowledge of Packages and Patching management via SCCM
  • Strong knowledge in Task Sequences
  • Strong knowledge in MDT (Microsoft Deployment Toolkit)
  • Proficiency with PowerShell and Windows Script Host scripting technologies.
  • Performs UAT(User Acceptance Testing) and QA Testing for software deployments.
  • Experience in PowerShell scripting for automating the tasks in SCCM 2012.
  • Experience in Asset management by using SCCM 2012.
  • Good Experience on SCCM migrations.
  • Creation of task sequence in SCCM 2012 for OSD.
  • Basic Knowledge of Active Directory & Managing Windows 2008 and 2012 servers.
  • Patch Management: WSUS 3.0 and SCCM 2012/1511/1610
  • Windows Administration: Working knowledge on multiple Windows OS platforms, OS configuration on different roles - Domain, WINS, DNS, DHCP, IIS, WSUS - configuration and troubleshooting issues related to the above applications.
