Job Title: Field Sales Manager
Job Description: DF Wireless, a leading telecommunications provider, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Manager to oversee and drive sales activities within our Metro by T-Mobile locations. As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring sales targets are met and fostering strong relationships with store personnel. Your strategic guidance and leadership will play a critical role in the success of our sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies, goals, and targets to achieve or exceed sales quotas within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure effective collaboration, support, and alignment of sales objectives.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor sales activities, assess performance, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
- Drive the adoption of sales programs, promotions, and initiatives to increase revenue, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and make recommendations for sales improvement.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the sales management team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and market insights to effectively lead the sales team and remain competitive in the market.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Field Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies.
- Customer-focused mindset with a deep understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
- Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory and work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in field sales, sales management, or telecommunications industry is highly desirable.
