Job Brief:

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and patient‑focused Pharmacy Manager to lead daily operations at our community pharmacy locations in Mississauga and Toronto. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will oversee all pharmacy activities, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, support and mentor staff, and contribute to the growth and success of the pharmacy.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily pharmacy operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant workflow

• Provide clinical expertise and exceptional patient counseling

• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control

• Ensure compliance with Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) standards and all regulatory requirements

• Train, mentor, and support pharmacy staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

• Manage scheduling, performance evaluations, and staffing needs

• Build strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and the community

• Implement company policies, quality assurance programs, and operational improvements

• Support vaccination services and other clinical programs

• Monitor KPIs and contribute to business growth initiatives

Skills Required:

• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP)

• Minimum 2–3 years of pharmacy experience; management or leadership experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, legislation, and best practices

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism

• Experience with pharmacy software systems (e.g., Kroll) is an asset

• Certification to administer injections
