Crystal Cleaning, Montreal’s leader in Window cleaning, is looking to hire full-time & part-time candidates to join our dynamic team. The employees will be part of a two to three-person crew carrying out residential and commercial maintenance such as window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and power washing. Responsibilities:

• Learning proper cleaning techniques.
• Working outdoors.
• Safely using a ladder.
• Operating essential equipment.
• Maintaining residential & commercial properties.
• Cleaning windows, siding, gutters and much more.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Healthy physical condition.
• Good listening skills.
• Team player.
• Punctual.
• Focused on Excellence (Gets the job done right the first time)
• Experience in window cleaning or working in a blue-collar position in the past is an asset.
• French and/or English.
• Class 5 driver's license is an asset.
• Comfortable with heights.

Additional Information:

• Work days are generally scheduled Monday-Friday from 7am-5pm.
• Transportation & vehicle utilized to get to job sites are provided by the employer.
• Teams meet each morning and at the end of the shift at our office in Saint-Laurent.
