Critical Systems, Inc. (CSI) is a rapidly growing 24-year-old, ISO certified, high tech manufacturing company for the semiconductor industry. We are actively changing how the world works though innovation across the semiconductor industry. We are looking for a motivated Legal Administrative Assistant to help guide us through our increasing growth.

We are currently looking to hire a Legal Administrative Assistant with exceptional legal, administrative and research skills. Are you someone that can work comfortably under pressure with tight deadlines, handle diverse workload and knows how to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment?

Salary Range: $35,000 to $55,000 DOE

 General Accountabilities

  • Perform accurate legal research and analysis.
  • Investigate facts, interpret laws, rulings, and regulations in legal documents.
  • Compile proofread and revise drafts of legal documents and reports.
  • Organizes, manages, and maintains executives’ schedules.
  • Prepare legal documents, patents, contracts, mergers, and real estate closing statements.
  • Prepares documents, such as legal correspondence, and organize and maintain documents in paper or electronic filing system.
  • Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants.
  • Handles questions, interprets and administers contracts and helps resolve work-related problems.
  • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistants.
  • Analyzes statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems.
  • Organize internal audits, prepare budgets, and help forecast costs.
  • Company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

 Job Qualification:

  • Paralegal Certificate (a must)
  • Bachelors Certificate in Law or equivalent experience
  • One year of experience in legal environment

  • Ability to grasp and interpret legal documents.
  • Fantastic organizational skills and detail oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Brilliant written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent math skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft 365 programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
