Job Brief:  

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Producing Branch Manager who possesses an established team of loan officers, regularly closing a minimum of 10 loans per month (individually or as a team). The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sourcing their leads from an established referral database, in addition to effectively managing and guiding their team towards achieving branch targets. The Producing Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all branch activities, including loan origination, processing, closing, and funding. The successful candidate must possess exceptional leadership skills and ensure that the team delivers high-quality customer service, while proactively planning for the continued growth and success of the branch.  If you have a passion for helping people achieve their dreams of homeownership, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee branch performance and communicate goals and policy changes regularly to branch personnel
  • Originate loans and meet the Company's minimum branch production standards by taking complete and accurate loan applications
  • Maintain branch loan production at or above $1 million on a monthly average while performing as a Producing Manager
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of loan officers by recruiting, hiring, and providing training
  • Coach,  inspire and guide team members towards achieving optimal production levels 
  • Regularly meet with supervisors to maintain production standards and ensure pipeline accuracy
  • Monitor the quality of loans originated by loan officers to ensure compliance with federal, state, regulatory, and Company policy and procedures
  • Work collaboratively with employees and management to ensure proficient file and processing standards are met
  • Expand market share by establishing new business contacts with realtors, builders and real estate partners
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and real estate partners and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
  • NMLS licensing and maintenance required for individual and team members
