St. Louis Furniture Transfer, a sister company to Cord Moving and Storage, is a well-established, locally owned delivery, warehousing and moving/storage business. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Inventory Clerk for our warehouse located in Earth City, MO.

This position performs all tasks related to the warehousing and delivery of furniture and other household goods. Responsibilities include:

• Read and verify inventory on various delivery sheets and form
• Maintain accurate and legible documentation
• Maintain inventory records
• Make detailed notes of the condition and contents in vaults
• Updating database with incoming and outgoing items
• Assist warehousemen when needed

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and organization skills
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Able to stand and bend for long periods of time in a warehouse environment
• Computer skills are required
• Previous experience with scanners is preferred
• Forklift certification preferred
