CPQ The Salesforce Senior TA is critical to the shared success of our Salesforce Practice. Working with our customers and internal teams, you will be able to contribute and participate in many activities including solution design, sales, delivery, team leadership and importantly thought leadership. Successful Salesforce Senior TA#s not only have a depth and breadth of understanding in Salesforce technology but are also able to maximize technology’s bene fit by applying business value in context and communicating solutions and options to various levels within our clients# organizations. Responsibilities:
Drive requirements gathering sessions with the client’s technical team and discuss functional requirements with the internal and client teams # Evaluate multiple feasible options for a solution and present to the client, guiding them toward the most optimal solution # Responsible for the overall technical architecture and corresponding deliverables through a projects lifecycle # Collaborate with team to understand project requirements and translate those requirements into clear and comprehensive user stories # Develop proposed solutions to clients and prospects by articulating approach and strategy a s it directly relates to meeting project and business objectives # Salesforce Force.com declarative configuration # Drive soft-sales (up-selling opportunities) or articulate these opportunities to the appropriate channels for existing accounts # Exceed our customers# expectations by providing high-quality solutions and service, in order to create a mutually beneficial outcome # Assist with presales support and existing-customer sales opportunities to help define optimal technical solutions,
Skills Required:
Overall, 12 + Years of IT experience working with a Global SI Partners
7 + Years of experience with Salesforce Ecosystem
3 + years of Salesforce – CPQ (Steelbrick) implementation experience is must as Technical Architect
