An experienced Architect who knows his or her way in the world of .NET and would love to join a growing Colombian team to support the Curaçao company. 

Responsibilities

Clean Architecture & Maintainable Code:

• Design and develop software architecture that emphasizes a clean, modular, and maintainable approach.
• Advocate for coding standards and best practices, ensuring consistency across all projects.
• Mentor development teams, promoting principles of clean code, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Review code for maintainability and provide actionable feedback.

Security by Design:

• Prioritize security at every phase of software design and development.
• Collaborate with security teams to assess vulnerabilities and integrate security measures.
• Drive security awareness and best practices among development teams.
• Ensure all software solutions comply with industry security standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute technical vision and strategy for the platform.
• Drive innovations improving system scalability, resilience, stability, reliability, and performance.
• Research, identify, and integrate new technologies and frameworks that support business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams for appropriate deployment, scaling, and security considerations.
• Participate in and drive architectural and security reviews.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging .NET technologies, and best practices in maintainable code, architecture, and security.

Who are they looking for?

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in software development, with 3-4 years in an architectural role.
• Demonstrated expertise in .NET Core, http://ASP.NET , MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing secure applications.
• Solid experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud with a focus on security best practices.
• Proficiency in SQL Server or other relational databases with understanding of security implications.
• Strong understanding of design patterns, architectural styles, and principles of maintainable code.

Skills and Competencies:

• Exceptional understanding of coding maintainability and clean architecture.
• Proven experience in secure coding practices and security by design principles.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -
• English level B2 or higher
• Leadership and mentorship capabilities in guiding teams towards best practices.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

• Salary USD 4000 per month
• Contract for a year, after a year automatically changed into permanent / indefinite contract
