Key Result Areas:

1)Formulate and execute student recruitment plans in the relevant region, in collaboration with college-based and in-market teams.

2) Create events on behalf of CCPL (and as relevant, of divisions/ Colleges/ University Partners)

3) Participate in all sales activities including, but not limited to, training, events, student conversion, information sessions, and managing inquiries/agent requests.

4) Gather market intelligence as routine, and deliver market, competitor, product, and agent insights.

5) Handle student inquiries and manage leads.

6)Provide accurate sales forecasts through regular and detailed reports.

7)Ensure complete and accurate reporting of all activities on the CRM.

8)Coordinate student contact to confirm the outcome of the visa interview.

9)Execute the pre-departure process with channel partners and students.

10)Be accountable for meeting student recruitment targets in each intake by proactively ensuring agent enablement, relationship management, application generation, and pipeline management until enrolment.

 

The person we seek will ideally have the following:

Bachelor's degree.

Proven track record of strong sales performance.

Must be highly self-motivated and proactive in sales approach, delivering results with minimum supervision.

High level of numeric literacy and critical thinking.

High level of interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills including Expert level written and oral proficiency in the English language.

Proven ability as a team player.

Ability to demonstrate innovative thinking.

Ability to take responsibility for decisions and outcomes.

Ability to meet targets within defined timelines among changing priorities

 

Desirable:

Success in a sales role within the Higher Education sector.

Proven ability to monitor and evaluate the success of activities and report appropriately.

Proven ability to work successfully with education agents.

Experience working effectively within a matrix structure to meet competing demands.

Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
