Positions Available

  • Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
  • Home Health Aide (HHA)

Schedule Options

  • Full-Time & Part-Time Available
  • Expected hours: 16–40 per week
  • Rotating weekends required
  • Flexible shifts ranging from 60 minutes to 12 hours
  • Minimum hour requirement applies

Pay

  • $16.50 – $17.50 per hour based on skill set (determined by RN during orientation)
  • Short shifts under 3 hours: $20 – $22 per hour

Caregiver Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Bathing and personal hygiene assistance
  • Mobility support and safe transfers
  • Monitoring and recording vital signs
  • Communicating with the clinical team and reporting changes in condition
  • Transportation to appointments and errands (mileage reimbursed at $1 per mile when using personal vehicle)
  • Meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Accurate and objective shift documentation
  • Presenting medications under the direction of an RN
  • Providing compassionate care and emotional support
  • Advocating for clients and communicating care plan needs
  • Catheter care and oxygen care
  • Supporting clients with dementia or Alzheimer’s (experience required)
  • Attending monthly caregiver meetings
  • Companion care and social engagement

Caregivers report directly to the Director of Nursing and Director of Scheduling.

Training & Support

We offer hands-on training with experienced RNs and support staff to ensure every caregiver feels confident and supported in their role.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Auto insurance and reliable transportation
  • Clean drug screen
  • Comprehensive background check
  • Current work visa if applicable
  • Minimum 6 months of verifiable caregiving experience

Preferred (Not Required)

  • CPR & First Aid Certification
  • CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
  • Medication administration certification
