In this role, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to join our growing team of real estate professionals. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified real estate professionals
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability
• Coordinate and conduct in-person interviews with candidates, evaluating their skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process
• Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a recruiter, preferably in the real estate industry
• Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and industry terminology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively use recruitment tools and platforms
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
