Reporting Structure: Leasing Manager

COMANDIS Residential, a leading real estate company, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Leasing Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with finding their ideal rental property and providing exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants
• Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants and provide accurate information about rental properties
• Assist in the preparation and execution of lease agreements
• Conduct background and credit checks on potential tenants
• Coordinate move-in and move-out inspections
• Address tenant concerns and resolve any issues that arise during the lease term
• Maintain accurate records of rental inquiries, showings, and lease agreements
• Stay up-to-date on market trends and rental rates in the area

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in leasing or customer service is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Proficient in using leasing software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations
• Sales agent Florida License required
