You don’t need to know everything about the world of coding, but you do need to love people and more importantly, happy people.

We’re looking for someone who has office experience, not necessarily in HR or recruitment as we can provide you with inhouse training, so if you’re looking for a new challenge then we want to hear from you!

What does this job involve?
 

  • Working with the Directors to develop the recruitment process
  • Working with the Heads of Departments to create training and development roadmaps for them and their teams
  • Providing support on reporting metrics each week
  • Working with the Directors to ensure each new recruit is onboarded
  • Working with the Heads of Departments to ensure each person has a tailored and organised induction plan for their first 2 – 4 weeks
  • Developing our relationship with local Colleges and Universities
  • Being the champion for our ethos and values, helping to promote diversity and inclusion
  • Booking events for our Managers to attend/talk at
  • Organising events run by Cold Banana
  • Ensuring all training such as First Aid is up to date
  • Planning and organising team socials

Salary £22,000-£30,000 DOE
