Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tableau Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain data visualization solutions to support business decision-making. You will work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and other stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights through intuitive and visually compelling dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize and enhance existing Tableau dashboards for performance, usability, and scalability.
• Create, maintain, and document technical processes and ensure data integrity and quality.
• Integrate Tableau with other data tools and platforms as needed.
• Perform troubleshooting and resolve data-related issues.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Tableau tools and dashboards.
• Stay updated with Tableau features, best practices, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Tableau Developer or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Online.
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
• Experience with ETL tools and data preparation (e.g., Tableau Prep, Alteryx, or similar).

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating user-friendly dashboards.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, R) is a plus.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Tableau Certification (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist, Tableau Certified Data Analyst).
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis or data modeling.
