Building and maintaining management level relationships with Enterprise accounts to gain an understanding of their businesses and key priorities to identify opportunities to help with their enterprise software strategy in the Digital Transformation space. • Responsible for driving business, covering key accounts and partners. • Driving New Business Revenue and Influencing the adoption of the entire range of Copernicus Group’s Solutions, including Smartsheet, Solution suite for CIOS, CMOs and CFOs, Consulting and Development Services through direct Sales and Business Development Activities. • Create and manage a strong channel partners network and target the identified Enterprise Accounts ensuring Copernicus is the solution of choice. • Build an account plan with a focus to become one of the chosen partners for the customers’ enterprise software requirements. • Actively driving and supporting channel partners through all stages of the sales cycle including sales planning, delivery of sales programs/incentives to promote awareness and stimulate demand for Copernicus Group. • Building and managing a sales pipeline tracking and activities through the various stages of the sales funnel process. • Participating in regional Webinars, including delivery of Webinars to a diverse audience including end user corporate influencers and technical administrators.
Post Graduate in Business Management or equivalent combination of education and Customer facing Sales experience of 7+ years in Asia region. • Demonstrated Enterprise account management experience with a track record of consistent sales quota over-achievement. • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture CXO level relationships • Previous solution sales B2B experience, gained within the Software, Intelligent Automation and Consulting services across Industries. • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills • Self-driven and motivated to work in a challenging and competitive environment. • Confident and effective communicator. Ability to effectively present and influence individuals and groups at all levels. • Ability to translate and communicate key business priorities to support the development and execution of tactical sales programs and activities.
