The core business of any business is selling and we are looking for people who are passionate about business development. People who have a proven track record of selling web & mobile application development services & solutions. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for

  1. customer acquisition
  2. speaking with the top-level executives about their technology challenges & possible solutions
  3. unearthing as well as creating new business opportunities through technology consulting
  4. exploring long term strategic relations with prospective companies
  5. come up with your own ideas & strategies to target newer territories & industry verticals
  6. Individually running sales campaigns with support from inside sales team in prospecting, proposals & estimation. 
  7. maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
  8. go-getter attitude to achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets 
  9. critical & analytical skills
  10.  strong at reporting on day-to-day activities

Past Work Experience:

  1. Candidate should not have switched more than 2 companies in a career of 3 yrs.
  2. All previous employers should be more than 50 people & less than 200 people in strength
  3. Tele-Marketing experience throughout career
  4. Worked only with custom web & mobile application development services & solutions companies
  5. Worked in night shifts previously
  6. Hands on experience of working on end-to-end business development process right from contact discovery to closure.

Qualification: MBA preferred (Not mandatory)

  • Education in English as the first language
  • Technology graduation degree will be highly preferred
  • MBA with Major: IT / Marketing / International Business

Commitment:

  1. work in US shift (5:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)
  2. willing to travel

Functional Skills / Technical Skills (with proficiency level)

- Have a technical educational background / good understanding of the IT services industry.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Service Sales / International Business Development

- Experience in selling web, mobile applications

- Good understanding of software development life-cycle

- Good understanding of enterprise applications, automation systems, technology stacks, AI

- Outstanding written & verbal communication skills

- Excellent presentation skills

- Ability to strategize and create out of the box solutions and engagement models tailored based on customer’s needs

- Experience of leading inside sales team

- Track record of achieving sales targets

- Experience of working with latest sales tools like CRM, Lead Gen platforms etc
