Position - IT & Non -IT Recruiter & Team Lead (IT & Non-IT Recruitment)
Work Experience: 1 to 4 Years (Recruiter ) & 5+ year of (Team Lead)
CTC: 2.5 to 4LPA(Recruiter) & 9 LPA (Team Lead) + FIXED ( PLUS INCENTIVES)
Location: - Sector 10- Noida, Sector 11 -Panchkula
Working Days: 5 Days (9:30 - 6:30)
Note: Work from office

Job & Responsibilities:-
• End to end recruitment process by using various methods (Naukri, LinkedIn) and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs
• Understand requirements and prepare Job Description (JD) / Job Specification (Job Criteria).
• Matching details regarding applications Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications and experience of potential candidates
• Screening, Shortlist resumes, Corresponding with Candidates, Scheduling Interview, Follow-up.
• Handling the End -to-End life cycle of Recruitments from Sourcing to joining for all Level.
• Collection of candidature from job portals, consultants, Head hunting, Previous Applicant, Existing Database, employee referrals.
• Conduct an Interview and make sure about the interest, availability, salary expectation, functional skills, Educational Qualification, job history of the candidates.
