The role of the Agent Facilitator will be to provide daily training sessions to MiiM students.

A natural and charismatic person, you will be delivering engaging and personalized training sessions to people at all levels. Your adaptability ensures that the content and training we provide you will guarantee learning outcomes with significant and tangible improvements to the learner.

Your experience in retail or service sales and understanding of both B2C and B2B have made you extremely flexible and comfortable with change, with the ability to very quickly embrace new products or developments and to rapidly translate these into tangible training plans.

Your openness ensures you are comfortable dealing with people from different cultures and nationalities and can engage all types of personalities.

This role will be ideal for anyone who is passionate about making a difference in other people’s careers and wants to significantly contribute to increased sales and the professional growth of the trainee.

Essential duties and responsibilities

• Organise, plan and lead core training activities in the manner in which you have been trained.
• Provide strategic and tactical feedback to management
• Use feedback data to help identify trends and potential for further refinement and training opportunities
• Partner with colleagues to monitor and tackle training challenges by developing plans to overcome them.
• Create or adapt training material that is relevant to a Myanmar audience
• Ensure training best practices are being followed within your areas of responsibility
• Evaluate, follow-up and ensure training quality
• Keep training record in the system and monitor for performance, post-training tracking reports.

Skills Required

Minimum requirements:

• At least 3 years experience in a sales related position, ideally within a team leading capacity
• Charismatic with a history of true success stories to share and inspire your audiences with
• Fluent in English (absolute must)
• Experience within a similar industry or within a retail or membership model
