Good examples of our technology include being able to turn wasted plastics such as bags, packaging, wraps in to earthquake resistant buildings for schools, homes for the poor and even upcycling centres.

 

We can take plastic aluminium laminates and capture them for the plastic and aluminium parts to be sold back on the market.

 

We can even take the waste water and caputre the clean water to be reused providing as we all the dirt in the air and convert them in to man-made diamonds.

 

Our vision is to invite every person out there NGOs, businesses, Communities working hard to find a solution to clean up our planet from waste to have access to these solutions.

We are looking for Lead Generation and Sales Experts.

 

These roles are specialised Mindful Sales roles. Our initial point of contact is to share the good news with individual organisations, businesses and communities who are desperately looking for solutions for waste, water and energy all around the world and invite them to see our Trash2Cash Project see trash2cash.education website.

 

For those who are immediately interested will contact us through email and social media and our job will be to identify where their pains are and offer proven, tested and financially viable working solutions from our portfolio of easy-to-use, cost-effective, quick ROI technology solution.

 

For those who receive email marketing or social media links may want to subscribe to our how to blog until they are convinced that our solutions work. We have all the materials to successfully close a deal and it will be your job to build a relationship and nurture the client until such point that they are ready to purchase technology at which point either you as the lead/generator and/or the relationship manager close the deal.

 

Though the planet is under extreme duress and needs repair right now our goal as lead generators and sales people is to be here as the experts to show our clients without a shadow of a doubt that these solutions will bring them (and all of us) the success needed.

 

The solutions we offer are technology ONLY which comes with very little to none customer or technical support. To full on hand-holding, installation, training and service agreements.

 

The job role is probationary and will lead on to full-term remote work for the right individuals.

 

For this job you will need:

 

- Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Chinese as well as other Indian derived languages)

- Excellent ability to build relationships around Mindful Sales - sales focused around how to help, benefit and truly benefit others then provide our technology as the solutions.

- Excellent sales track record

- Excellent customer service skills.

 

Your job as Lead Generator will be to:

 

1- Create and establish a list of 50 potential clients. The list may include Non-Government Organisations, Mindful Businesses or Social Enterprises, Businesses with Charitable Arms, Charities,  Social Media Communities

 

2- Communicate with them via telephone call or email between their best working hours (on appropriate days) and invite them for a free consultation call or a Free Facebook Ads Audit and track the results (time and day of email and/or call), who spoke with, what was their level of interest)

 

Your job as the Relationship Manager will be to:

 

1- Take pre-arranged calls and identify the clients interest and where the clients pain issues are

 

2-Offer the best solutions for them to be able to sustainable capture needed resources and turn their waste in to profits to benefit the communities they serve.

 

3- Close the deal through our website
