Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Zendesk Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Zendesk solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in Zendesk’s platform capabilities and will work closely with stakeholders to enhance customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities

Zendesk Implementation:
- Architect and implement scalable Zendesk solutions tailored to client needs.
- Configure Zendesk modules, including Support, Guide, Chat, Explore, and Talk.

Customization and Integration:
- Develop custom workflows, automations, triggers, and macros to enhance operational efficiency.
- Integrate Zendesk with third-party tools and platforms using APIs and middleware solutions.

Solution Design:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and create detailed architectural designs.
- Provide recommendations on best practices for maximizing Zendesk capabilities.

Performance Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze Zendesk performance metrics to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Conduct audits and troubleshoot technical issues to improve system reliability.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Zendesk-related initiatives.
- Train and mentor internal teams on Zendesk usage and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience with Zendesk, including solution architecture and implementation.

Technical Expertise:
- Deep understanding of Zendesk features, customization options, and APIs.
- Proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript and tools such as Zapier for integrations.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, customer service workflows, and analytics.
