● Collaborates with the Solutions Consultants and Senior Technical Engineers in creating a
design, implementation plan and service agreements for Enterprise Networking, Data Center
and Network Security projects/ opportunities.
● Deployment, management and monitoring of various Next Generation Firewalls (NGFW) and
Unified Threat Management Appliances (UTM). (e.g. Cisco, Fortinet and CheckPoint)
● Deployment, management and monitoring of various Networking solutions such as SD-WAN,
Routers & Switches, Wireless Controllers and Wireless Access Points. (e.g. Cisco, Meraki,
Aruba and Ruckus)
● Monitoring, maintenance and technical support for all the network and security solutions offered
by Infocentric such as Next Generation Firewall (NGFW), Unified Threat Management (UTM),
SD-WAN, Routing & Switching, Network Access Control (NAC), Email Security, Web Security,
Endpoint Protection, etc.
● Enforce a strong focus and disciplined approach to maintenance and improvement of network
availability and reliability which includes development and continuous improvement of
operational practices and processes.
● Maintain and update network security policies through proper configuration of VPN, Firewall,
Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) tools, Routers and Switches aligned to industry
standards and best practices.


● Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics and
Communications Engineering, or any related field of study

● 3+ years of experience as a successful technical engineer or equivalent relevant experience.
● Hands on technical experience and strong foundation on Routers (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF),
Switches (LAN, VLAN, STP, BPDU, SVI, VSS), Wireless, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, Firewalls, Load
Balancers, VPN, VOIP, and Network Monitoring Tools.
● Enterprise-level support experience for corporate customers in production environments.
● A strong desire to take on new challenges that will not only develop yourself, but will help to
contribute to the team at a higher level.
● Has a passion for technology and wants to make a difference with technology solutions.
● Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels, and strong
analytical and troubleshooting skills.
● Strong customer service skills, with ability to work in stressful situations and provide customer-
facing support in a professional manner.
● Active CCNA certification and other relevant vendor/ industry certifications are preferred.
