Job Title: Technical Architect
Department: CX Tech Team
Reports To: Chief Technology Officer
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Technical Architect to join our CX Tech team. This role combines pre-sales engagement with internal architectural consulting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering custom demonstrations and engaging in technical discussions centered around Omnichannel integrations and custom app development. You will design customer-specific use cases and provide value engineering solutions that meet our clients’ unique needs.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Engagement
o Develop and deliver customized demonstrations of Zendesk and other Omnichannel platforms to prospective clients.
o Engage with clients to discuss technical solutions and integrations that address their specific requirements.
o Design and present use cases that showcase the value and capabilities of our solutions.
· Internal Consultation
o Serve as an internal product expert on Omnichannel platforms and integrations.
o Provide architectural guidance and complex configuration support to the Service Delivery/Implementation team.
o Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions for complex technical challenges.
· Value Engineering
o Analyze client needs to provide cost-effective and efficient technical solutions.
o Assist in creating proposals that demonstrate ROI and business value for clients.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
· Proven experience in designing a technical architecture of a system
· Understanding of how Omnichannel systems work is a plus
· Proficient in discussing and presenting technical ideas to clients and stakeholders
· Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a knack for developing innovative solutions.
· Working knowledge of APIs and experience with RESTful API integrations.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
