The Centric Group of Companies is seeking an innovative Marketing Executive to promote our company's brand, solutions, and services to businesses in the but not limited to the Philippines and Singapore. To ensure success in this role, you will be optimizing our marketing strategies, managing the marketing department's budget and staff, as well as preparing forecasts. The Marketing Executive is also responsible for demand generation engagements to new and existing business opportunities from the Centric Group of Companies. Role Overview:

The Senior Finance Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the financial health and strategic growth of the company. This position involves leading the finance team, providing financial insights and analysis to the executive team, and ensuring the company's financial operations are efficient, compliant, and aligned with its strategic goals.

What We Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and practices, particularly within the IT industry.
• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• High level of integrity, with a commitment to ethical business practices.
