About the Role
As a Security Solutions Lead, you will spearhead both pre-sales and post-sales activities across Identity and Access Management (IAM) engagements. You will lead a specialized team responsible for delivering technical consultations, solution architecture, and client enablement for Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep technical insight, cross-functional collaboration, and people management.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the Technical Lead for Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
Oversee pre-sales and post-sales activities including solution consultation, POCs, demos, and proposal development.
Drive technical documentation such as Scope of Work, SLAs, As-Built, and User Manuals.
Manage a growing team of engineers across multiple cybersecurity platforms and projects.
Present technical solutions to clients and support escalations for critical security issues.
Guide customers through implementation and lifecycle management of IAM tools like Okta, CyberArk, and Delinea.
Support Account Managers in closing opportunities through solution alignment and feasibility planning.
Work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver high-impact cybersecurity outcomes and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on IAM/PAM.
Strong knowledge of tools such as CyberArk, Okta, Delinea (Thycotic), BeyondTrust, or similar.
Proven experience in customer-facing technical consultation, presentations, and post-deployment support.
Excellent documentation skills including proposals, technical runbooks, and as-built documentation.
People management and mentoring experience in a technical delivery environment.
Ability to handle escalations and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Certifications in Okta, CyberArk, or PAM solutions (preferred).
