Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to spearhead our Salesforce initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce architecture, pre-sales consulting, and customer solutions. This role will focus on developing our implementation model and methodology while leading the skills ramp-up for our team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Lead Salesforce Implementation:

·       Design and architect Salesforce solutions that meet client requirements.

·       Oversee the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring best practices are followed.

Upskilling Practice Development:

·       Develop and execute a training program to enhance the Salesforce skills of our internal team.

·       Mentor and guide team members to achieve Salesforce certifications.

Pre-Sales and Consulting:

·       Collaborate with the sales team in pre-sales activities, including presenting solutions to potential clients.

·       Engage with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored Salesforce solutions.

Customer Engagement:

·       Lead workshops and presentations for clients to demonstrate the value of Salesforce solutions.

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Implementation Model and Methodology:

·       Define and document the implementation methodologies to be used across projects.

·       Ensure continuous improvement of processes and methodologies.

 

Qualifications:

 

Education:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Certifications:

·       Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect required.

·       Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is a plus.

Experience:

·       Minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation.

·       Proven experience in pre-sales or consulting roles.

·       Strong background in presenting and solutions with customers.

Skills:

·       In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and capabilities.

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills.

·       Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

·       Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language.
