ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly driven Sales Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment with solid experience in Customer Experience (CX) solutions sales, account management, or business development in technology or marketing. The ideal candidate should have experience selling Zendesk, Salesforce, AI/Chatbot solutions, or similar technologies and established relationships with PH government agencies (CIOs, CTOs, or Customer Service Department Heads).
You will collaborate with a lean but highly skilled team of CX consultants, designers, UI/UX specialists, solution experts, and developers to deliver top-quality solutions tailored to client needs. Success in this role requires a keen understanding of CX solutions, a passion for sales, and the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the sales strategy for Blink’s services and products around the Customer Experience portfolio to achieve 100% of set goals.
- Identify and engage with high-value prospects, leveraging cold calls and cold emails targeted at specific solutions and existing customers of Centric Group.
- Qualify prospects, respond to inquiries about Blink’s solutions, and position the right offerings to meet client needs.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support by understanding client requirements and ensuring tailored solutions.
- Establish and nurture relationships with C-level executives and PH government agencies, focusing on client retention and upselling.
- Collaborate with the team to complete administrative tasks and client projects effectively.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Sales, Account Management, or Solution Selling within CX or technology-related domains.
- Expertise in selling CX solutions such as Zendesk, Salesforce, AI/Chatbot platforms, or similar tools.
- Strong relationships with PH government agencies' CIOs, CTOs, or Customer Service Department Heads.
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Passionate about forming great relationships, with experience engaging and negotiating with C-level executives.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on learning and adaptability.
