Responsibilities and Duties
1. Leadership and Team Management:
- Provide effective leadership to the sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.

- Set clear objectives, monitor progress, and implement strategies to maximize the team’s potential.
2. Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Formulate pricing strategies, promotional activities, and product positioning to drive sales. A Senior Sales Manager is a seasoned professional responsible for leading and overseeing the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. This role involves strategic planning, team management, and fostering key relationships both internally and externally. 3. Relationship Management:

Qualifications:
- (Education) Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- (Master’s Degree) While not always mandatory, a master’s degree in any related field can enhance qualifications and open up opportunities for career development.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Work Experience: 3 or more years if often required for managerial roles.
- Deep understanding of the industry in which the organization operates, including market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Familiarity with the specific products or services offered by the company.
