Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Lead to join our Identity & Access Management (IAM) team in Manila. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and support of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions for enterprise clients. If you have deep expertise in SailPoint (or Saviynt) and thrive in a collaborative, client-focused environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. IAM Solution Leadership:

   • Lead end-to-end SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, deployment, and post-governance support.

   • Integrate SailPoint with critical systems (e.g., Active Directory, HRIS, cloud platforms) for lifecycle management, certifications, and access requests.

2. Technical Execution:

   • Develop custom workflows, rules, and connectors using SailPoint IdentityIQ, Java, BeanShell, or REST APIs.

   • Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues, ensuring system performance and compliance with SLAs.

3. Client & Team Collaboration:

   • Partner with clients to translate business needs into technical IAM strategies.

   • Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, DevOps, IT operations).

4. Compliance & Governance:

   • Ensure solutions adhere to regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001) and client-specific policies.

   • Manage access certification campaigns, role-based access control (RBAC), and audit reporting.

5. Innovation & Improvement:

   • Stay updated on SailPoint/Saviynt updates, industry trends, and emerging IAM technologies.

   • Recommend process optimizations and automation opportunities.

Requirements:

• Experience:

  • 5+ years in IAM, with 3+ years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation/support (Saviynt experience is a plus).

  • Proven track record leading SailPoint projects (e.g., onboarding applications, access certifications, password management).

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in SailPoint configuration, connectors (AD, LDAP, SaaS apps), and customization (Workflows, Rules, Tasks).

  • Strong scripting/coding skills (Java, BeanShell, PowerShell, SQL).

  • Familiarity with cloud IAM (Azure AD, AWS IAM) and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git).

• Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication for client-facing interactions and technical documentation.

  • Leadership mindset with problem-solving agility.

• Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Manila, Philippines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SailPoint Certified Engineer (or Saviynt certifications).

• Experience with DevOps/CI-CD pipelines in IAM deployments.

• Knowledge of Philippine data privacy laws (Data Privacy Act of 2012).
