The Project Delivery Director is responsible for making sure that Programs and Projects are being seamlessly delivered to the clients of Centric Group. They are in charge of a variety of tasks, such as leading project management teams, rectifying project issues, monitoring progress, and tracking KPIs. The service delivery manager plays a vital role in boosting the user experience by ensuring the smooth delivery of top-notch services that meet and exceed customer demands.
Responsibilities
- Proactively provides organization leadership, develops plans & growth strategies, manages execution of programs and projects to meet contract and company commitments, and champions process excellence to continually improve operations and performance of the project management delivery team for Centric Group
- Ensures efficient, effective, and productive team activities are realized through development, maintenance, and management of the integrated master plan and schedule including development, procurement, and product enhancements.
- Develops achievable program and project performance requirements including: financial objectives, contract and subcontract management, customer relationship management, and resource management.
- Drives performance and ensures customer expectations and company objectives are met in program and project delivery.
- Provides oversight and leadership for the program portfolio of services and products and ensures contractual requirements are met.
- Responsible for program performance, P&L for the projects of Centric Group.
- Ensures satisfaction of all contractual and Statement of Work (SOW) requirements for programs and projects of the Centric Group.
- Identifies and manages program and project delivery risk.
- Reports program and project status and performance, as required by management.
- Proactively develops plans, drives actions, and effectively communicates to the customer and other company personnel and company executives concerning resolution of technical, product, procurement and project delivery issues.
- Establishes and maintains an excellent relationship with customers.

Work Experience
- At least 12 years of related work experience
- Experience in program and project management with technical competence in SAP, Cybersecurity, and Information Technology (SAP Prefered)
- Experience in project management methodologies - waterfall, agile, etc…
- PMP Certification is an advantage
