Qualifications:

• Overall Consulting experience of more than 6 years and NetSuite Experience: 2 + years
• Minimum of 2 full cycle implementation experience in NetSuite
• End to End process experience in NetSuite with Experience or Exposure in most of the NetSuite tracks like Order Management, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse, Finance, HR, CRM
• Experience on NetSuite Integrations with other applications using SuiteTalk, RESTlets etc
• Process experience 3 or more NetSuite tracks like Order Management, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Inventory, Warehouse, CRM, Finance
• NetSuite certifications are an advantage

Job Description:

• Worked with client's business and process owners during the requirements gathering phase to thoroughly understand existing business processes, generate process workflow diagrams and document requirements for NetSuite implementation projects.
• Conducted System/User Testing for customizations developed
• Develop User's Guides and provide extensive training to End Users.
• Have capability to solve user issues within assigned SLAs
• Work with a team to develop, test, and roll-out solutions.
• Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with new customers.
• Conduct demos, train, and walkthrough different NetSuite process areas.
• Prepare work scope documents resulting from personalization sessions, encapsulating proposed solutions.
• Work with the technical team to build, develop, and test customized solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues arising during configuration sessions.
• Translate business requirements to the technical team members. Translate technology solutions obtained from the technical team to clients.
• Conduct Cut-over and Go-Live processes.
• Provide on-going post implementation support to optimize user adoption and NetSuite configuration.
• Conduct PreSales activities and work with Sales/Technical resources on opportunities
• Conduct client demonstrations for NetSuite
