Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Mobile App Backend Developer with AWS Amplify or Google Firebase expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing mobile app backend systems and APIs, integrating with third-party APIs, and ensuring the scalability and security of our mobile applications. The candidate must have a solid understanding of modern mobile app development practices, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain the backend systems and APIs for our mobile applications using either AWS Amplify or Google Firebase
• Integrate with third-party APIs and services to enhance the functionality of our mobile applications
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of our mobile applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of the backend systems with the frontend components of our mobile applications
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to other developers on the team
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in mobile app development and backend technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience in mobile app backend development using either AWS Amplify or Google Firebase
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and HTTP protocols
• Familiarity with serverless architecture and cloud computing technologies
• Knowledge of database systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience with other cloud-based backend technologies such as Azure or IBM Cloud
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
