To ensure success in this role, you will be optimizing our marketing strategies, managing the marketing department's budget and staff, as well as preparing forecasts. The Marketing Executive is also responsible for demand generation engagements to new and existing business opportunities from the Centric Group of Companies. They will work closely with both our sales teams to ensure our campaigns and events are cohesive and aligned with our company goals. What We Need:

Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.

Experience:

• A solid foundation in digital marketing, evidenced by 2-3 years of experience crafting and running impactful campaigns.

• Hands-on experience in organizing and managing events, with the knack for turning ideas into successful happenings.

Skills:

• A thorough understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.

• Ability to use various digital marketing tools and platforms effectively.

• Strong organizational skills, capable of juggling multiple projects, including events, without dropping the ball.

• Excellent communication skills, both for creating compelling digital content and for smooth coordination of event logistics.

• A creative problem-solver who pays close attention to details and can think on their feet.
