Job Description:

As a UI/UX Cadet, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in user interface and user experience design. This role will provide hands-on experience as you assist our design team in creating user-friendly, visually appealing digital products. You will work closely with our designers and developers, contributing to various stages of the design process and gaining valuable insights into the field. Key

Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback for design improvements.

• Create mood boards and design concepts for UI ideations.

• Create low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes under the guidance of the lead designer.

• Create low and high-fidelity Figma prototypes to visually and interactively represent design concepts.

• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and perspectives.

• Assist in the creation of design assets for presentations, and other visual communications.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.

• A strong interest in UI/UX design with a basic understanding of design principles.

• Basic understanding of Figma, including features like prototyping, auto-layout, components.

• A portfolio showcasing any design work, even if it’s from school projects or personal initiatives.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and design trends.
