Responsibilities:
- Will be functional Zendesk Expert
- Responsible for ensuring the adoption and configuration of Customer Service best practices, recommendations, and configuration.
- Responsible for onboarding and introducing Zendesk platform
- Responsible for training the Customer based on how the configuration is implemented in Zendesk and discussing the Key features.
- Collaborate with the Zendesk Team
Qualifications:
- Knowledge or skill in JAVA, Javascript, JSnode, C++, PHP, SQL, CSS, HTML
- Experience in Network or OS like WIndows Servers or Linux
- With experience is an advantage
- Ready to start ASAP
