Infocentric Solutions Inc. is looking for a Cyber Security Lead Engineer that will own and lead the end-to-end delivery of the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solution such as SailPoint IdentityIQ. This position, which is part of our Professional Services team, is responsible for playing the technical lead role in the successful installation, integration and deployment of the software in client environments and assisting our implementation engineers in that process. The position will also lead the pre-sales engagements to support the pre-sales engineer and account manager’s effort to meet the client’s requirements on a technical or functional standpoint.

Responsibilities:

●  Provides leadership and guidance to both pre-sales and post-sales teams
●  Lead the installation, integration and deployment of the IGA product in client environments
●  Communicate to client’s aspects of both the product and implementation at the technical and/or functional level appropriate for the situation
●  Pre/Post-sales requirements gathering, analysis and documentation
●  Working with clients post implementation for user testing, debugging, support and maintenance
●  Managing project scope, schedule, status and documentation
●  Developing and delivering technical training designed to enable/educate implementation engineers

Requirements:

●  3-5 years of professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company or system integrator. This should include 2+ years of enterprise software implementation experience
●  Experience with the following programming languages: Java, Beanshell/Javascript, JSP/Servlets, SQL
●  Experience with the following web technologies: XML, SPML/SOAP, Web and Application Servers, HTML
●  Experience setting up and installing software on both Windows and Unix(Linux, Sun, HP, AIX) platforms
●  Experience with Databases(Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL)
●  Experience with Directories(LDAP, AD)
●  Experience with Enterprise Systems(SAP, PeopleSoft) is an advantage
●  Experience with implementing SailPoint’s IdentityIQ or similar solutions is highly preferred
●  Familiarity with RBAC is an advantage
●  Excellent communication skills and extensive experience working with clients and partners
●  Experience with Project Management duties(project planning, resource management, scope, schedule, status     and documentation)
●  Experience with QA duties is a plus(usability testing, performance testing, automated testing, test scripts, test cases and test plans)
●  Security software or internal IT audit experience is an advantage
●  Experience in startup company is a plus

Education:
Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience, preferred. J2EE certification is a plus. CISSP certification is a plus

Travel:
This position may require occasional travel for training and client site implementation.
