Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our CX Tech Team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our clients and our technical teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding the core business processes and requirements of our customers, and extracting critical information to design effective solutions. During the pre-sales stage, you will aid in scoping and comprehending the client’s business processes. Throughout the implementation and development stages, you will serve as the process expert for the delivered solution. Additionally, you will produce comprehensive documentation detailing functional specifications and other necessary project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
· Pre-Sales Engagement
o Collaborate with clients to thoroughly understand and analyze their business processes and requirements.
o Assist in scoping projects by identifying key business needs and translating them into technical requirements.
o Provide insights and recommendations to clients on best practices and potential improvements.
· Implementation Support
o Serve as the process expert during the implementation and development stages.
o Work closely with the technical team to ensure solutions meet the client’s business requirements.
o Facilitate communication between clients and the development team to clarify requirements and address any issues.
· Documentation
o Develop detailed functional specification documents, user acceptance test scripts, and other necessary project documentation.
o Ensure all documentation is well-organized, clear, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
o Maintain and update documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
· Client Support
o Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns related to business processes and solution implementation.
o Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet client expectations.
· Continuous Improvement
o Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and Omnichannel technologies.
o Propose enhancements to internal processes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, IT, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technology or consulting environment.
· Strong organizational skills with a clear sense of document management and organization.
· Naturally curious with a genuine desire to understand and assist customers.
· Familiarity with documentation related to implementation projects, such as functional specification documents and user acceptance test scripts.
· Ability to visualize processes through flowcharts and other diagramming schemes.
· Proficient in using diagramming tools like Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
· Basic knowledge of Omnichannel platforms and technologies is a plus
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
· Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
