Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our software development team for a mobile application project. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software development methodologies, excellent analytical skills, and experience in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements for mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into requirements for the mobile application project
• Conduct analysis of existing business processes and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and designers to ensure requirements are accurately documented and understood
• Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to inform requirements and design decisions
• Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to elicit and prioritize requirements
• Create and maintain project documentation, including user stories, use cases, process flows, and requirements traceability matrices
• Conduct testing of the mobile application to ensure it meets business requirements and quality standards
• Assist with the development of project plans and schedules
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience as a business analyst for mobile application development projects for atleast 2 years 
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Trello is a plus
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup within NCR
