Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for requirements elicitation and analysis.
• Conducts research and interviews to extensively understand the business process and system requirements development to build baseline documentation
• Responsible for researching and analyzing business functions and system requirements for process workflow design and technical design documentation.
• Serves as a liaison between customers/clients and the solution team. 
• Collaborate with various teams to identify development and reporting needs
• Perform gap analysis between the As-Is state and the To-Be state
• Planning and assistance on functional testing
• Planning and execution of user acceptance testing.

Job Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role
• Graduate of IT, Business Administration, or any related field
• Experience conducting facilitated workshops for requirements elicitation and analysis
• Previous experience in large scale, complex transformation projects
• Business Analysis experience working on Agile, Lean, and Waterfall projects
• Have strong communication, facilitation, influencing, and negotiation skills. Is able to collaborate with stakeholders across all seniority levels.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, challenging, and continuously changing environment.
• Familiar with overall IT concepts, practices, and procedures
• Experience on Government related project is a plus
