Job Responsibilities:

  • Build good relations with the clients, understand their problems, and make them understand your product value.
  • Collaborate with the internal team member to achieve client satisfaction and ensure the fulfillment of their needs.
  • Deal with contract negotiation with an aim to maximize profit.
  • Gather more data and analyze it to understand more about customer behavior.
  • Manage and maintain records regarding the accounts up-to-date.
  • Be well-versed with the company’s services and products.
  • Respond promptly to all customer problems and deliver solutions to their problem on time.
  • Discuss the time to time progress of the initiatives with the stakeholders.
  • Analyze every customer’s problems and identify the areas of improvement to enhance the buyer’s experience.
  • Develop reports for the account status.
  • Work closely with the sales department to identify new opportunities.


Qualifications: 

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field
    • A master’s degree is a plus
  • Experience:
    • 3–5 years proven experience in account management, sales, or client-facing roles
    • Experience in the IT industry or consulting services is preferred
    • Background in managing corporate or enterprise-level accounts
  • Core Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation abilities
    • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
    • Project management and multitasking skills
    • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
    • Technical Knowledge (Recommended):
    • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
    • Familiarity with IT products, services, and terminology
    • Basic understanding of digital marketing, SaaS, or cloud solutions
  • Other Qualifications:
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
    • Willingness to travel for client meetings or business development
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Results-driven and customer-oriented
